Inelegant So-Ma designed by Haym Hirsh, produced by Brian Menold (WoodWonders)
From the description at WoodWonders: "Haym is at it again! Not only did he come up with another soma variation, he made it a second soma version in the Inelegant Series! As usual, these are quite challenging. The altered Soma pieces assemble into a cube . . . one way! They have some assorted holes in the sides created by the irregular pieces. Let me also add that Haym puts a lot of thought into the name of his designs!"
I've solved several of the Inelegant series, and I've liked this one the most so far. This was a solid challenge with a fun discovery to be made during the solve. This puzzle was solved once and is in excellent condition (same as received; one of the aformosia pieces came with a small cosmetic defect on a corner). Comes with a Monkeypod wood stand and its original box, and will be shipped unassembled.
This was released and sold out recently, and I've listed it only slightly below retail price.

Buyer is responsible for shipping which should be less than $10 (within USA, first-class). Priority mail (and heavier puzzles) might be $2 to $5 more. I charge only exact shipping costs. Please contact me if you need an estimate for international shipping. If you wish to estimate shipping costs yourself, most of my listed puzzles shouldn't weigh more than 16 ounces (450 grams), and the smaller puzzles should be much less than that. I will combine multiple items for cheaper shipping--I have listed a few puzzle boxes, metal Bits & Pieces puzzles, 2D and 3D packing, and a couple of nice pieces from WoodWonders.
I can accept payments via Paypal, Zelle, or Transferwise. There will be no additional packaging or handling fees.
I try to grade condition conservatively. If the puzzle shows any sign of wear from use, it'll be a B or lower. If the puzzle looks like it did when I received it new (barring any defects), it will be graded A. Where useful, I've tried to take photos of the puzzles under different lighting conditions. All puzzles are kept in a smoke-free home maintained at 45-55% humidity.
