Description
Gear Up, designed by Oskar van Deventer, IPP25, made by George Miller, 2005. Very nice! Though it isn't obvious from the photo, this puzzle consists of 4 plates that rotate and affect each other's movement by the internal gears; move one, one of the other plates turns. So, the 4 tabs end up misaligned, and your job is to realigned the 4 tabs so they are all pointing the same direction (as it is in the photo).
