Description
This puzzle is a exchange puzzle by Pantazis Houlis for the International Puzzle Party 31 held in Berlin, Germany 2011
Objective:
To change the color of the middle rod from golden to black (and then back to golden). When solved, to make clear which rod is internal, all external rods should be minimised to a triangular dipyramid.
