Free the Two is the third puzzle in my “Free the #” series. I used a higher quality printer and was able to create a higher quality puzzle with fewer design restrictions. Free the Two is a big step up from Free the Five and Free the One. Free the Two is a mechanical puzzle with the goal of releasing 2 coins.

Both coins and exit slots are visible from the start, but do not assume this will be easy. As with all good puzzles things may not be what they seem and, even after releasing the coins, there is still the reset to contend with. Free the Two has the same theme as the rest of the series with its purple color, moving white parts and multiple coin slots around the puzzle box. That is where the similarities end. This puzzle is much bigger. It measures 12.5 cm x 12.5 cm x 8 cm and weighs in at over 1.5 pounds. It takes about 25 print hours and has over 80 non-PLA parts.
