Description

Corky (or Uncorker), designed by Gary Foshee

Produced by Bits & Pieces (2005).

Photo shows the assembled corkscrew, but the goal is to start with it disassembled (two parts) and figure out how to put it back together to make the wine opener.  Hence, I will ship it in the unsolved, disassembled state.  It's a nice looking metal puzzle, with minor wear and tarnish consistent with its age.  Main body still looks clean and shiny.  The tarnish on the corkscrew has been polished to restore most of the shininess.

Puzzle will come with its original box and solution sheet.

-----

Buyer is responsible for shipping which should be less than $10-12 for small puzzles (within USA, first-class).  Priority mail (and heavier items, such as the glass puzzles) might be $3 to $6 more.  I charge only exact shipping costs.  Please contact me if you need an estimate for international shipping.  If you wish to estimate shipping costs yourself, most of my listed puzzles should weigh less than 16 ounces (450 grams).  Typically, first-class international is under $18 for up to 8 ounces, and $25-28 for up to 16 ounces.  I will combine multiple items for more cost-effective shipping--I have listed some dexterity, Toyo glass, Pelikan, Juno, and Boucher puzzles this time.  Most starting prices are well under retail, except for some of the recent Pelikan/Juno releases.

I can accept payments via Paypal, Zelle, or Transferwise (Wise).  There will be no additional packaging or handling fees.

I try to grade condition conservatively.  If the puzzle shows any sign of wear from use, it'll be a B or lower. If the puzzle looks like it did when I received it new (barring any defects), it will be graded A.  Where useful, I've tried to take photos of the puzzles under different lighting conditions.  All puzzles are kept in a smoke-free home maintained at 45-55% humidity.
