Description
CM13; Andreas Röver designed it and I bought it from him at IPP29. It's an unusual coordinate motion puzzle in that it just doesn't slide straight apart, there's actually 3 or 4 coordinate moves to get it apart. Now the bad news; fairly high friction; even if you know how it comes apart, it's still difficult. And one of the pieces was apparently glued together (see pic) by the folks who manufactured this for Andreas. It's a solid glue job (hasn't come apart), but not the cleanest in the world. All that said, still a very interesting puzzle.
Photo of puzzle is shown in the partially disassembled configuration. When together, it's a 3-layer hexagon.
