Derek is an AMAZING seller. There was a slight issue that happened to the puzzle after auction ended. He got it repaired by designer beautifully and gave me a discount. It took a little bit of time and by time it was ready my finaces were not the same as when I won the auction. Also I went through a month long health emergency with my fiance. Derek was so patient and understanding. He easily could've re listed/re sold the puzzle. Instead he held onto it for me until I was finally able to send payment. If anyone wants to bid on something he is selling I would highly recommend it. You will have an amazing and easy experience with him. He definitely went above and beyond in every way. A++ seller for sure!
