These are two of Wil Strijbos bolt puzzlesthey were purchased in the early '90s from Ishi Press.one of them was called the Bomb, the other is unknown.I don't know where they fit in Wil's current series of bolts.

Fire Plug (AKA: Fire Hydrant & Play With Fire) is a take apart type puzzle, designed by Marcel Gillen in 1999.The objective is to remove the dog from inside the hydrant.

I received this puzzle from Robert Yarger as a Christmas present many years ago. It is a similar kind of puzzle to the elephant puzzle he once made, but this one is instead a dog. It is not very difficult to get apart. It just takes a couple of steps, but it is hard to put back again. The puzzle does not have the traditional Stickman logo on it. Its pieces are too small. This is one of Vinco's very nice puzzles. Fit is excellent. Disassembly is easy, assembly is tricky.

The Sonneveld Cubed Burr was designed by Dic Sonneveld around 1998/1999. This puzzle is very challenging to solve. At first glance it would seem that the 3 piece burr cannot be assembled inside the cube because of all the interference points between the pieces. However, these are overcome by a series twists and turns of each piece to maneuver them into their final positions. Ishino Keiichiro's Nested Burr Four, made by Eric Fuller, is a quality piece of work. The fit is so good it took me ages to find the first two moves! Thirteen moves to get the first piece out, then the fun really begins.
