Knot cube was Oskar ven Deventer's  exchange puzzle for IPP16 in Luxemburg, 1996.It consists of 8 cubes filled with differently colored fabric, and connected by wire hinges.The goal of the puzzle is to manipulate the cubes into one  larger cube shape, by rotating them along the hinges.This is more tricky than is sounds, i was glad to be able toout it back into its cube shape after taking the pictures!The acrylic cubes are still remarkably bright and transparent, no darkening or discoloring is ...

Sputnik in Cube was Carlo Gitt's exchange puzzle for IPP19 in London, 1999.It was designed by Marcel Gillen.It is also known as "Sputnik" or "cube in cube"The goal of the puzzle is to remove the inner cube from the cage.It comes in its original exchange puzzle packaging, which is a Bits & pieces cardboard box with three extra labels added by Carlo. 2 of these are shown in the pictures, the 3rd is not shown as is contains private address information.

Verticale was designed and made by Leontev Aleksandr. It is based on the NumLock pattern and requires 14,999 moves to disassemble. Moves are smooth and easy to manipulate. Only 10 copies were made as this puzzle had to be assembed by hand going through all 14,999 moves for each assembly.This puzzle has been solved once and reset by me.
