Karakuri Egg puzzle box from the Karakuri Creation Group.Description from the Karakuri Creation Group:This egg and a real egg have some things in common. For one they both have a baby bird on the inside. This ones made of wood. The hard part is cracking this egg to get inside.

This was an exchange puzzle at IPP29 in San Francisco. The goal is to arrange the gears such that they turn freely without binding. Very tricky since the size and spacing of the gears is variable.
