Octagon Box by Akio Kamei (also names "Pile of Disks"), Bits and Pieces #08-G7330. This one required a repair before I could solve it: there's a small plate inside that was manufactured with very soft wood, and a metal pin fell against it and wore a channel in it (before I owned it, of course!). This made the cover fall off with no effort. I replaced the wooden plate with a much harder wood and the puzzle appears to work fine now. Treasure Chest, designed by Akio Kamei, mfg by Hawthorne Direct LLC #43259. This doesn't say "Bits and Pieces" anywhere on it, but I'm fairly sure that's where I bought it. It comes with a solution sheet, and the funny thing about that is that the solution gives instructions to open one compartment, but never even mentions the second compartment.
