This is the "new" version of Kohno Ichiro's Ninja Tool Box from IPP30. I need to reluctantly sell some pieces from my collection to replenish puzzle funds; all puzzles are kept in a pet-free room between 68 and 73 F, and between 45% and 50% humidity.

The idea for the Escalating Box came from a couple of different mechanisms I'd been fooling around with. I was going to release them as two fairly simple separate boxes but realized that I could put them both into one trickier box.
