Derek's Half Dozen
This was one of the royalty puzzles I received from Eric for letting him make this design. It is new in shrink-wrap. I was very lucky to have Eric make these - he did an awesome job,as he always does! His description:Despite the devilish difficulty of this puzzle, let me assure you that Derek is a really nice guy. Keep that in mind as you go crazy trying to solve his latest creation. Derek's half dozen is fiendishly difficult at a level 26.9.5 solution. It's so hard to solve I took pity and made ...

In Brackets
RELEASED:
5.21.2009
PRODUCED:
40 Copies
DESIGNER:
Sam Cornwell
CRAFTSMAN:
Eric Fuller
MATERIAL:
Peruvian Walnut / Zebrawood
COMMENTS:
Sam designed this excellent interlocking puzzle for the IPP design competition. Functionally it's a fairly easy 3x3 cube. The twist is the three brackets which wrap around the cube. Disassembly can be tricky, and assembly more so since there is only one solution and one order in which to insert the brackets. A very fun and uni...

This was a prototype that I made up to investigate the design...only made a few, one for my collection, one for the designer, and a couple which I'm selling here. I have no plans to produce this puzzle in the future. It is signed and dated. This burr is 11 pieces with a single level 2.3.1.2.1.2.1.1.2 solution. It's tricky but doable! Four Piece Burr Cube
From Eric Fuller's description:
This clever puzzle shows major design chops. Using four identical, simple pieces and a cage, Yamamoto created a level 9.2.5 beauty with only one solution. Definitely one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" situations; I am nevertheless privileged to make it, despite not being clever enough to think of it. Fun to solve, a nice half hour challenge for the serious puzzler. Maybe 5 minutes if your name is Oskar.

Nested Burr Four
from cubic dissection.com:As soon as I saw this design on Ishino's site I knew I wanted to make it. The unique design of the burr pieces was interesting enough, but when I assembled the puzzle (note that I did not say solve! I gave up after an hour or so...) I also discovered that there is a lot of interaction between the pieces and the sides of the frame. This is truly a unique design. This puzzle is very stoutly made. The canarywood internals are connected to the outer paduak ring with a half l...

Missing Notch
When purchasing this puzzle a few months back, I didn't realize it would be shipped unassembled. As such, I have never removed the puzzle was it's original wrapping. Quoting Eric's original description:
"This puzzle was Jerry Slocum's exchange puzzle at IPP18. I was recently visiting a puzzle friend and saw it on the shelves. Spent some time working with it and finally solved it...HAD to make it. Since John Rausch did such a nice job writing up a description on his site, I think I'll plaga...

Tri Stix
from cubic dissection.comBart Buie has been making copies of Stewart Coffin's work for quite some time now as well as designing his own puzzles. His quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Sadly he is not able to make puzzles full-time, so offerings from him can be very rare. Bart and I live in the same town and speak frequently, so when I heard he has completed a new iteration of the Hectix design I offered to list them on my website for him.TriSticks is a version of the popular Hectix. Moonflight - Mora Pieces
Quoting Eric's description:
"This tricky puzzle by Osanori has an interesting appearance as well as an interesting solution. The two halves of the frame create a maze internally which changes state as you slide the pieces back and forth. The internal pieces dance around, moving in and out and about each other until finally they (hopefully) find their final resting spot with a symmetrical solution. Given a unique level 20.2.5 solution, this could not be called a simple puzzle, but neither is ...

Apparently Impossible Cube #1
from cubic dissection.com:This puzzle is my first non-rectilinear puzzle ever. The sliding action is very smooth and addicting; I found myself playing with it all the time. Assembly requires some dexterity, and disassembly is difficult to discover and sudden when you figure it out! A very fun puzzle, never before available and not likely to be available again. Clustered Anew
This is Scott Peterson's Clustered Anew. At first glance, this puzzle has the outward appearance of Stewart Coffin's familiar Cluster-Buster line of puzzles, but Scott has added a very cool twist. Woods used are Bird's Eye Maple and Kingwood. Overall, a nice addition to any collection. Puzzle has been played with only once and is in like new condition. Buyer to pay actual shipping charges.

Diagonal Cube
Stewart Coffin's Diagonal Cube puzzle, 3D printed in plastic by Shapeways. Six pieces, all different, assemble into an interlocking cube with side 32mm or about 1.25 inches. This puzzle is made from their material "polished white strong and flexible". I dyed by myself in three colors, giving it an different look from wood versions. The colors may also make the puzzle slightly easier.

Twelve pieces, ten identical, assemble into the shape shown in the photos. This puzzle is made from their material "polished white strong and flexible". Three Piece Whatsit
This was my exchange puzzle at IPP31 in Berlin. The goal is to assemble the three pieces into a "symmetrical shape". This puzzle can be sent assembled or unassembled, your preference. Definitely more difficult unassembled, as you have to figure out what the final shape is.The second photo shows the actual puzzle for sale. The first one is the last one sold which is virtually identical.

Ribbons Puzzle, design Tom Jolly, crafted by Eric Fuller
Ribbons Puzzle is a 6 piece burr with an open frame, crafted nicely by Fuller in two different woods. In the picture, you are bidding for the lighter-colored disassembled one in the bag; the yellow one is merely to show you what it looks like when assembled (I'm keeping that one).
