Well known Stewart Coffin design .I made a handful of these for friends and family  and had this one left over. Great for someone who wants an inexpensive copy of a great puzzle just to actually play with. The pieces are not perfect like a Lee Krasnow or a Peterson work but still close tolerances and nice fit all around. Overall it displays beautifully.

Aluminum Interlocking PuzzleI am unfamiliar with who designed or crafted this puzzle, It appears that it could be a machinists project as the tolerances are very good and it has been crafted with brass pegs that slide into recessed channels in the pieces. Coordinate motion puzzle. Remove the four pieces.In the third photo you can see internal marks on the (transparent) pieces from where they have been glued together with acrylic solvent. This is visible on other copies, to a greater or lesser degree, as all 140 were glued by hand and the marks varied. I have photographed the area with the most visible glue stain.
