Description
The goal of this amusing puzzle is to be able to pick each of three different sized ball bearings from the two holes in the glass figure. Note that the glass figure is a Rex Whistler "topsy turvy" figure which may be viewed upside down or right side up! (See the last two photos.) This is a classic mechanical puzzle challenge, like the metal "Strong Man," and others.
This copy of PICK 'EM UP is complete with all original packaging and instructions. Please see all of the illustrations. My understanding is that this is a long discontinued item, and difficult to find in its original packaging. Toyo Glass was (obviously) one of Nob Yoshigahara's companies, and
Ishi Press was a major worldwide distributor of Japanese puzzles.
I will ship within the US as an insured small flat rate priority mail package for $10.65, as the package will weigh close to 1.5 lbs (650 g). I am happy to ship
internationally at cost (probably around $30), but I cannot always guarantee that overseas
packages can be insured or tracked.
