Very nice looking carved-animal jigsaw puzzle, not difficult but quite attractive and well-made, with each piece appearing to be hand-carved. Seven animal pieces, plus four frame pieces. The wood of the top and bottom pieces of frame have slight warpage. There's also a detachable bit of wood on the back that can act as a stand for display. I sold a similar puzzle in a prior auction. A rare and hard to find puzzle from that elusive desiner Roger. This is not a difficult one to solve. The challenge would appear to be to move the ball bearing from one eye to the other. Supplied is a small metal baton to help push the ball around the inside of the puzzle.

Martin Raynsford has taken the standard jigsaw puzzle and combined them with space filling fractals for a completely new type of puzzle.
